CLEANING AND POLISHINGINSTRUCTIONS

 

Only for use on SPEEDLINE TRUCK forged wheels with Diamond or Mirror finishes.

  • Do not use our products on other wheels or other vehicle components.
  • Use protective gloves and follow all the safety instructions on the product labels.

    CLEANING

    Wheel cleaner SLT 110

    Cool

    1. Cool

    Before cleaning, cool down the wheels to ambient temperature after use.

    Wash

    2. Wash

    Wash the wheels with a high-pressure water jet or a water hose to remove the coarse dirt.

    Mix

    3. Mix

    Dilute Wheel cleaner SLT 110 with water in a bucket. Recommended mixing ratio:

                                                           SLT 110             Water
    Regular cleaning                             1 part                3 parts
    Medium dirt                                     1 part                2 parts
    Heavy dirt                                        1 part               1 part

    Clean

    4. Clean

    Clean one wheel at a time with a soft brush. In case of contact with other components, rinse immediately with abundant water.

    Rinse

    5. Rinse

    Rinse the wheel with plenty of clean water immediately until the detergent is completely washed off. Repeat the process if necessary.

    Dry

    6. Dry

    Dry the wheel with a soft cloth and continue with the remaining wheels.

    POLISHING

    Wheel polish SLT 120

    Proceed only on wheels that are clean, have cooled down and are completely dry.

    Apply

    7. Apply

    Apply a small quantity of Wheel polish SLT 120 to one section of the wheel (max. 1/3 of the wheel).

    Polish

    8. Polish

    Polish with firm pressure, using a fine cotton cloth or a polishing head to buff the wheel.

    Wipe

    9. Wipe

    Wipe with a clean cotton cloth and remove the excess polish.

    Continue

    10. Continue

    Continue with the remaining wheel sections.
